Job Description
We are seeking a strategically-minded Marketing Copywriter with Financial Expertise to join our team. This mid-level role is ideal for someone who can concept, craft, and execute both short and long-form copy across a variety of projects and deadlines.
The ideal candidate will bring experience in creative production, have previously worked with insurance and financial clients, and possess a strong understanding of the marketing landscape, particularly in the U.S. market.
Key Responsibilities
Write clear, compelling, and concise copy tailored for a U.S. audience.
Collaborate with a Creative Director and follow established creative direction.
Produce content for a variety of digital and print channels including:
Websites
Email campaigns
Print collateral
Presentation decks
Apply industry best practices to support copywriting decisions.
Partner closely with the design team to develop cohesive marketing materials.
Collaborate with Project Managers and QA teams to implement revisions.
When needed, interface directly with clients to explain messaging decisions and incorporate feedback.
Take complete ownership of assigned projects from concept to final delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in financial services marketing, particularly with insurance clients.
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of marketing copy across both digital and print formats.
Ability to interpret, absorb, and apply feedback from clients and internal teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with accessibility standards in writing is a plus.
Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work under tight timelines while adhering to strict brand guidelines.
Thrive in a collaborative environment and adapt quickly to changing project needs.
