Job Title: Compliance Specialist

Job Description

The compliance specialist will be responsible for maintaining licenses for various businesses and processes within the company.

Responsibilities

Monitor filing dates for license renewals and ensure timely submissions.

Assist in applying for license renewals and maintaining compliance documentation.

Communicate with various departments to resolve compliance-related issues.

Respond to inquiries regarding licenses and regulatory requirements.

Research and collect receipts to file licenses accurately.

Perform other duties as assigned to support the compliance team.

Work Environment

The work environment includes an office setting with cubicles. The role follows a hybrid schedule with remote work on Mondays and Fridays, and in-office work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
