Financial Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting financial reports, maintaining financial models, and collaborating with various departments to provide financial insights. This role involves assisting in budget preparation, managing reporting, and supporting plant accountants, among other duties.

Responsibilities

Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly reports, key metrics, and variance analyses.

Develop and maintain financial models to forecast future performance and support decision-making.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as operations, production, and supply chain to understand business requirements and provide financial insights.

Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for manufacturing operations and corporate SG&A.

Manage reporting in Adaptive Insights.

Support plant accountants in reporting activities.

Conduct sales and cost analysis, forecasting, and reporting.

Consolidate financial reporting.

Essential Skills

Strong financial analysis skills.

Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables.

Experience with large ERP systems.

Ability to work with and interpret large data sets.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or corporate finance environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with financial reporting and FP&A.

Experience with JDE and SAP is preferred.

Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.
