Robert Half has partnered with a well respected law firm in South Denver. They are looking for a dedicated and skilled Associate Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Family Law to join their dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have strong writing abilities and be comfortable representing clients in court proceedings and mediations. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, provide impactful legal services, and develop professionally. Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in Family Law matters, including court hearings, mediations, and negotiations.

Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements, with exceptional attention to detail and clarity.

Provide compassionate and effective counsel to clients navigating sensitive family law issues.

Manage case files, ensuring deadlines and compliance requirements are met.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years' experience practicing Family Law.

Excellent legal writing and communication skills.

Strong courtroom presence and ability to advocate effectively during mediations or in court.

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Member in good standing with the state bar.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.

An existing book of business is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range depending on experience is $120,000-$135,000. The firm also offers a comprehensive benefits package.
