As a Business Analyst Lead supporting GDIT's Federal Health sector, you will be trusted to provide comprehensive on-premise, cloud, and/or hybrid hosting services to support the call center systems used in support of CCOG's mission.
HOW A BUSINESS ANALYST LEAD WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Performs complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program
Interacts daily with CMS, stakeholders, and other contracts supporting CCOG.
Documenting requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to provide clear guidance to development teams.
Analyzing gathered requirements to ensure they are clear, complete, and aligned with business objectives.
Supports testing activities, reviewing test cases, and verifying that the implemented solution meets the desired outcomes.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between different stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of requirements, addressing questions or concerns.
Identifying opportunities for system enhancements, analyzing existing processes, identifying bottlenecks or inefficiencies, and proposing solutions to streamline workflows and increase productivity.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
EDUCATION: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE : 7+ years of related experience
REQUIRED TECHINCAL SKILLS:
Knowledge of, and experience, with IT and/or cloud business analysis best practices, methodologies, and processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with Agile methodology
Experience in MS Office, MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence
LOCATION: REMOTE
US RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT: Applicants shall have lived in the United States at least three (3) out of the last five (5) years prior to applying for a Federal ID Card.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: Program resources must be willing to travel occasionally to the MD/VA/DC area on an as needed basis.

The likely salary range for this position is $102,000 - $138,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
