JOB REQUIREMENTS: Al Johnson\'s Swedish Restaurant is looking to fill 12
positions for Restaurant Support Staff in Sister Bay, WI. This is a
temporary, full-time peakload position for employment from April 1,
2025-December 31, 2025. Duties include: Food Preparation tasks include
-assembling bread baskets and associated food items, filling glasses of
water, coffee, soft drinks and similar drink preparations. All food
preparation will take place in the dining room and at server prep
stations in the dining room. Service duties include sanitizing the
dining area, food and beverage service. Serving duties include answering
questions regarding menu, taking orders, data entry into restaurant
software, handling cash, check and credit card transactions. On the job
training will be provided by the employer. There are no minimum
requirements for the position. Terms & Conditions of Employment:
\$13.32/hr, at least 40 hrs/week, Sunday through Saturday, 8:00 am 4:00
pm. Daily schedule may vary. Overtime pay is \$19.98/hr. Transportation:
From the place from which the worker has come to work, whether in the
U.S. or abroad, to the place of employment, if the worker completes 50%
of the work contract period, the employer will provide advance payment
for transportation and subsistence (including meals and, to the extent
necessary, lodging) from the place of recruitment to the place of
employment. Daily transportation to the place of employment will be
provided. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is
dismissed earlier, employer will provide pay for the worker\'s
reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or
to the place the worker originally departed to work, except there the
worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another
employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be
equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the
distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of
\$15.88 per day without receipts or \$59/day with documentation of
actual expenses. Three-fourths guarantee: The employer guarantees to
offer work for hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays in
each 12-week period of the total employment. Tools, equipment and
supplies: The Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools,
supplies and equipment required to perform the job. Miscellaneous: The
employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages
due: The pay period is every two weeks; The employer will make all
payroll deductions required by law and will not make any reductions
which are not required by law; The employer will reimburse an H-2B
worker in the first work week for all visa, visa processing, border
crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the
government, incurred by the H-2B worker. Workers will be provided with
housing at a rate of \$58 per week, the applicable amount will be
