Overview

Are you the super-star multitasker @type, strong in administration skills? Our Administrative and Clerical positions support the business from multiple locations and via various functions across the nation. Read below for information on this opportunity and apply today!

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support for all functions of the department vs site.

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the organization's services and mission. Plan and coordinate community engagement events such as awareness campaigns and open houses.

Create marketing presentations for outreach.

Provide administrative and clerical support in a variety of areas

Develop internal communication strategies to boost staff morale, engagement, and retention.

Create newsletters, employee recognition programs, and training support materials.

Collaborate with HR and leadership to ensure alignment between marketing and employee development initiatives.

Maintain internal porbl or bulletin with updates, success stories, and organizational news.

Organize internal events, including staff appreciation days.

Provide outreach updates to leadership.

Maintain contact lists for outreach.

Ensure all markeäng efforts comply with industry regulations and ethical guidelines. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High School Diploma

Minimum of one year's experience in an administrative support/assistant position.

Working knowledge of computers and software, including Word, Excel, Access, email, and other customary office programs.

Ability to effectively and professionally communicate (verbal and written) with all levels of personnel internal and external to the company.

Capable of working responsibly witl highly confidential information and of maintaining composure under duress.

Ability to multi-task and demonstrate good organizational skills.

Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Must meet all agency requirements for pre-employment as required by ResCare and/or state regulations.Excellent communication and phone skills with ability to adapt within our diverse customer base

Be able and comfortable in making a high volume of outbound calls daily

Proficient in computer and typing skills with the ability to multitask using different programs simultaneously

Excel knowledge a plus

Moderate travel
