Work you'll do/Responsibilities

Drive co-marketing campaigns, and programs in coordination with partners (e.g., AI partner ecosystem, data partner ecosystem)

Execute Partner marketing programs, including centrally managed programs and local initiatives (ie. partner events, local sponsorships, etc.)

Collaborate with Partner Managers to ensure plans align with joint priorities.

Oversee sponsorship marketing program budget allocation

Manage regional social media posting and paid social execution

Support execution of sponsored partner events (in-person and virtual)

Manage scaled partner accounts by co-creating marketing plans, setting goals and metrics measurements, and supporting execution of campaigns/ messaging

Tech Savvy: Understanding of the latest marketing technologies and trends to leverage them effectively in campaigns

Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management

Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes

Our Digital Foundry & Operations works with the Customer & Marketing group to bring a flexible capability and fluid capacity model to the delivery of small technology projects and enhancements.

Qualifications

Required

4+ years working as a Partner Marketing Lead with the following experience:

Digital Marketing: understanding and experience in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing

Campaign Management: Proven ability to design, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels

4+ years working experience in Partnership Management:

Relationship Building: Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with partners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams

4+ years working experience with Project Management:

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

4+ years working with Marketing Tools: Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (Google Workspace, Google Cloud Marketing Dashboards, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce).

4+ years working within Google Ecosystem: Familiarity with Google's products, services, and partner ecosystem to effectively promote and leverage them in marketing effort

4+ years with Campaign & Event Planning

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience

Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $102,750 - $165,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
