Summary
First Horizon Bank is seeking a Director of Marketing Analytics to provide the insight and analytics reporting infrastructure to lead strategy and marketing decision-making for First Horizon. As the Director of Marketing Analytics, this role will drive initiatives that impact the growth of the First Horizon's market positioning, customer segmentation, data analysis, and analysis reporting across all channels. This role reports directly to the SVP Head of Marketing Analytics, and is responsible for helping to improve customer engagement, marketing decision making, and strategy through analytics.
Work Schedule : Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing analytics strategy and roadmap for the company
Build a center of excellence in marketing analytics by providing thought leadership in measurement, data collection, reporting, and test/learn methodologies
Champion a culture of data-informed, insights-driven decision making
Identify gaps in existing digital and customer insights reporting designed to communicate measurement and marketing analytics ROI. Recommend analytics reporting enhancements and drive implementation of those enhancements
Develop methodologies for campaign analytics, full-funnel multi-touch attribution, digital analytics, experimentation reporting, event analytics, brand analytics, targeting profiles, contact and lead management, and pipeline analytics in partnership with business and marketing executives
Monitor and report on the impact of marketing programs through evaluation of performance, market reaction, and contribution to internal company sales and profit
Oversee and ensure adherence to timelines, data integrity, and consistency
Design, build, implement, and support marketing analytics deliverables by assimilating data from multiple sources and present the information in a clear way to stakeholders: marketing and product organization, sales leaders, and lines of business
Drive business results with data-based insights
Support media, promotions, creative and strategy, driving analytics deeply into the organization.
Core functional priorities include reporting, CRM development, campaign measurement, loyalty/retention strategy, promotion effectiveness, media attribution / optimization and creative measurement.
Experience, Skills and Competencies:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or directly related quantitative field, higher level degree preferred
7+ years of experience working in data and analytics, developing data driven strategies, managing major initiatives and delivering results of wide-scale company impact for a major multinational brand or company
6+ years of experience managing, and mentoring, research data and/or analytics teams in a highly regulated environment
Extensive experience in the use of data analysis, syndicated data, internal company sales data, measurement, reporting and data warehousing to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Experience creating and using Tableau and Power BI dashboards
Working knowledge of data integrity/privacy practices and applicable risk and compliance management frameworks
Strong marketing acumen and strategy expertise, specifically around retail and small business
The ability to successfully partner with multiple stakeholders and thrive in a fluid environment while managing multiple priorities
Excellent communication, and presentation skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
