Title: Licensed Practical NurseJob Type:RegularCompany:Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer CenterDepartment: Amherst Center at College ParkwayTime Type: Full timeWeekly Hours: 40FTE:1Shift: First Shift (United States of America)Summary: Performs patient care, health teaching and health counseling in an oncology setting, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN); assists in the goal of individualizing the care of patients in an attempt to support the patients to adapt to the disease process and achieve the highest level of wellness; performs routine nursing care procedures; screens, performs venipuncture and monitors plateletpheresis and whole blood donor procedures; maintains donor and product safety ensuring compliance with State and Federal procedure regulations; enhances professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, current literature, in-service meetings and workshops.Salary range for this position is $53,347 annually - $64,330 annually which consists of a base salary and geographic differential. This includes a comprehensive benefits package. The listed pay range reflects the range of potential compensation for this role.
