The Director of Marketing is responsible for b uilding and implementing marketing programs that align with Evergreen Health's organizational goals and brand identity. This role supervises a team of dynamic marketing professionals and manages the organization's ad agency partners.

As part of the essential functions of this role, the Director of Marketing:

Develops, manages, and implements all marketing strategies for the organization

Oversees the execution of Evergreen's marketing efforts, including digital marketing, graphic design, copy, and content creation

O versees marketing operations and budgets to ensure that initiatives successfully meet organizational goals and timelines

Leads, mentors, and collaborates with high-performing marketing team through regular goal setting, performance reviews, weekly team meetings, and company-offered learning opportunities

Works collaboratively with marketing and communications department leadership to serve as a department liaison throughout the organization, acting as an advocate for stakeholders by informing leadership of matters related to marketing priorities and concerns

Collaborates with department leadership to manage ad agency relationship(s)

Monitors, analyzes, and reports on the performance of marketing programs in order to guide current and future strategies

Maintains awareness of organization, market, and industry changes and adjusts marketing efforts accordingly

Qualified candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, and five to seven years of marketing experience, with additional managerial/leadership experience preferred; candidate must have strong written, verbal, organizational, customer service, and time management skills; awareness of and sensitivity to the issues and health disparities faced by underserved populations is essential

Required Experience: 5 (five) to 7 (seven) years of marketing experience required, with additional managerial/leadership experience preferred (Outlook, Word)
