Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Billing Administrator in Phoenix, Arizona, United States. As a Billing Administrator, you will be responsible for various financial tasks such as time and billing for Attorneys, managing invoices, and overseeing accounts receivable. Your role will also encompass collections and using various software systems to carry out your duties. This role is based in our office and offers flexible start and end times.

Responsibilities:

Oversee time and billing for Attorneys to ensure accurate financial records

Edit and proofread invoices for accuracy and completeness

Process invoices, ensuring they are correctly issued and recorded

Manage accounts receivable, keeping track of all incoming payments

Handle collections, following up on outstanding invoices and resolving any issues

Utilize Accounting Software Systems and CRM for efficient management of financial tasks

Leverage ERP Solutions and About Time for time management and billing processes

Perform Accounting Functions including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

Carry out Billing Functions, ensuring all billing procedures are adhered to

Use Crystal Reports to generate financial reports and insights. Requirements - Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role

Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

Experience with ADP - Financial Services is a must

Familiarity with CRM platforms

Proficient in using Crystal Reports

Knowledge of ERP Solutions is required

Experience with About Time software is beneficial

Must have a strong understanding of Accounting Functions

Proven experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP)

Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)

Demonstrated proficiency in Billing Functions
