Description

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support professional to join our team in Seattle, Washington. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client data, generating quotes, and responding to client inquiries using various software tools, including CRM and ERP systems. This position offers a long-term contract opportunity within the Financial Services industry.

Responsibilities:

Utilize CRM and other database systems to accurately manage and input client data.

Generate quotations to support the sales team and fulfill client requests.

Use communication platforms to handle and respond to client inquiries regarding support and product information.

Demonstrate excellent communication skills in writing, speaking, and listening.

Possess a strong understanding of web environments, search functionalities, and browsers.

Effectively use common software applications and web services such as Microsoft Office and Microsoft SharePoint.

Assist with auditing and billing functions as needed.

Manage inbound calls and provide timely responses to client needs.

Utilize ERP solutions and tools like ADP - Financial Services and Configure Price Quote (CPQ) for efficient sales support.

Efficiently manage time to ensure timely completion of all tasks.

Requirements - Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services

Experience with Configure Price Quote (CPQ)

Familiarity with CRM systems

Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

Knowledge of ERP Solutions

Proficiency in using About Time software

Ability to manage Answering Inbound Calls effectively

Experience in Auditing

Familiarity with Billing Functions
