AP Automation Specialist - Remote

Community Health Systems is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented AP Automation Team Member to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our accounts payable processes by utilizing Oracle Cloud tools, advanced Excel skills, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Oracle Cloud AP, experience with supplier integration, OTP and recurring payments processing, and the ability to troubleshoot import errors in Oracle.

Requirements:

High School Diploma

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or related financial systems.

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP and data manipulation).

Strong understanding of financial data processing, including One-Time Payments, Recurring Payments, and data uploads (FBDI).

Experience working with supplier integrations and EDI setups.

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.

Ability to build and run Macro's in Excel

Experience with automation tools and mass data uploads in Oracle Cloud (FBDI) is a plus.

Technologically savvy with a strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Accounts Payable (AP) module and automation tools.

Additional Skills:

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve import errors in Oracle Cloud using import error logs.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

Supplier Integration: Work closely with the integration team to set up and maintain supplier integration files in Oracle Cloud.

Payment Processing: Use Oracle Cloud tools to process One-Time Payments (OTP) and Recurring Payments efficiently and accurately.

Mass Data Uploads: Leverage advanced Excel skills to perform mass data uploads using the Financial Bulk Data Interface (FBDI) tool.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various business functions to assist with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) setups and ensure seamless data integration across platforms.

Error Management: Monitor and resolve import errors in Oracle Cloud, working through import error logs to ensure smooth data flow and processing.

Process Improvement: Continuously assess and suggest improvements to AP automation processes to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and streamline workflows.
