Join Lockheed Martin as a Project Management & Planning Operations Representative Sr (Level 3) and become a key contributor within the Enterprise Demand Supply Control (EDSC) Organization. In this role, you will focus on demand planning data and process integration across multiple programs. Your expertise in analyzing data, identifying trends, and automating reporting will directly support the planning organization by ensuring demand stability and improving operational efficiency.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Demand Planning & Integration : Oversee demand entry, demand stability, Bill of Materials (BOM) integrity, and on-time order release to streamline operations.

Data Analysis & Reporting : Analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and provide insightful recommendations that support leadership decision-making.

Automation & Process Optimization : Develop and maintain automated reports to enhance Material Requirements Planning (MRP) schedules in SAP.

Problem-Solving & Root Cause Analysis : Investigate and resolve errant demand signals, process gaps, and inconsistencies within SAP.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement : Work closely with supply chain, planning, and production teams to ensure seamless integration of demand planning processes.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with SAP operating software, including transactional acumen and data elements available for report/metric development.

-Data analyzation background using Microsoft Suite & Tableau

-Experience with Manufacturing, Production Operations, &/or Sustainment processes

Desired Skills:

-Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university

-MRP Planning experience

-SAP experience

-Continuous Improvement experience

-Experience standardizing and improving operational processes

-Experience working with cross functional teams

-Experience creating and executing data process improvements

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
