The Proto@type Project Coordinator I will assist with the planning and coordination of projects and their activities. The role will ensure implementation of processes and practices. The Proto@type Project Coordinator I will maintain and track data and schedules. This position is located in Wittmann, AZ.

As a Proto@type Project Coordinator I, you will be responsible for:

Assisting with planning, scheduling, and coordinating office and shop activity and relaying customer expectations

Assisting in developing and executing small project plans

Completing milestones on time and within budget, and working with the cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables

Reviewing data from customers, suppliers, and creating reports

Coordinating assignments for subcontractors and monitoring performance of vendors

Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned

To be considered a Proto@type Project Coordinator I, you will need:

High school diploma or equivalent

No previous experience required

Detail oriented, effective written and verbal communication skills

Good customer service skills, reliable attendance and ability to work overtime

Ability to follow directions, learn new skills and technologies, multi-task in a fast-paced work environment

Ability to compile lessons learned for continuous quality development

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel)

A successful candidate may also have:

Associate degree in Business or related

Automotive, shipping & receiving, or logistics experience

Ability to lift/move up to 50lbs

Hands-on Mechanical skills and ability to operate shop equipment

Ability to work overtime as needed including weekends
