The Operations Lead's primary function is being an extension of the Supervisor by leading and/or directing the team in the Exhaust department. Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent with 8 years prior manufacturing experience, 2 year post-secondary/AA Degree and 4 years prior manufacturing experience
