Job Specifications:

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Appleton, WI

Pay Rate: $20/Hour

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Roles and Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients with a warm and friendly attitude.

Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle patient inquiries.

Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.

Assist with billing and insurance verification processes.

Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth patient flow.

Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.

Support the team in creating a positive patient experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in medical administration is a plus.

Proven experience as a medical receptionist or similar role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using office software and medical management systems.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
