Job Description

As an Invoicing Specialist, you will be responsible for invoice entry into bill.com, assisting with month-end processes, creating monthly invoices in Netsuite, and keeping track of accounts receivable. You will also serve as a backup for daily balancing and premium refund approvals.

Responsibilities

Enter invoices into bill.com.

Assist with month-end processes in two billing systems.

Create monthly invoices in Netsuite.

Keep track of accounts receivable (AR).

Serve as a backup for daily balancing in one of the billing systems.

Serve as a backup for premium refund approvals.

Essential Skills

Experience in accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP).

Skills in reconciliation and invoicing.

1-3 years of AP/AR experience.

Proficiency in MS Office at an entry level.

Skills & Qualifications

Associate's degree.

Work Environment

The team consists of 10 members, with the manager located in Montana. You will work four days a week in the office and have the option to work from home on Fridays.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
