Customer Service Representative

Location: Geismar, LA 70734

Salary: $17/hr

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm

Dress Code: Business Casual

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.

Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly.

Provide information about services, products, and facilities.

Assist clients with check-in/check-out processes and reservations.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and courteously.

Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

Process payments and manage cash transactions accurately.

Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Collect and report feedback to improve customer service processes.

Perform administrative tasks as required, including data entry and filing.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in customer service or front desk operations preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using office equipment and computer software (e.g., MS Office, booking systems).

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations with a calm demeanor.

Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude.
