The Manufactured Material Analyst role will be on a dynamic team, supporting Team Submarine In-service Program Office. Team Submarine's Submarine COLUMBIA Class Program Office is responsible for: The construction of COLUMBIA Class submarines, financial and budget management, shipyard support of submarines, vendor support of submarines, logistical support, quality assurance (SUBSAFE), and post-delivery submarine certifications and test programs.
The Team Submarine concept unifies once diverse submarine-related activities into a single submarine-centric organization with the goal of eliminating traditional stovepipe structures and processes that created impediments and inefficiencies in the submarine research, development, acquisition, and maintenance communities. Team Submarine provides improved communication among the various offices that contribute to the overall success of the United States Submarine Force.

In this role, you will:
Support PMS397C oversight of Contractor Furnished Material procurement.
Serve as support analyst for shipyard manufactured material focused on a prime (or support) shipyard.
Create and review procedures for distribution and inventory.
Analyze material make-to-buy strategies and manufacturing that affect production, distribution, and inventory that sequence/prioritization optimization to support serial production.
Represent PMS397C at material availability and manufacturing meetings on site at shipyards.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
Must be able to obtain/maintain a Secret Clearance.
A bachelor's degree experience with 2-4 years of related experience.
An advanced MS Office skillset to include Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Excel.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment accepting emergent tasking with little to no supervision and/or direction.?
Discretion in performing specified work requirements.
Outstanding written and oral communication skills to communicate effectively and build strong working relationships with a vast team of diverse professionals.
Attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines, as well as work independently and with sufficient knowledge to present projects to senior management.
Ability to travel 25%.
Additional desired experience and skills:
Teams Dataverse and/or PowerBI experience.

In compliance with local laws regarding pay transparency, the salary range for this role is $ 63,278.16 to $94,917.82; however, Serco considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
