Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Formulation Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Formulation Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of the production team supporting various operational functions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Formulation Manufacturing Technician

Location: Hayward, CA

Pay Range: $24/hr

Shift: Wednesday-Saturday, 4x10 schedule

5:30am-4:00pm

What's the Job?

Support all local manufacturing operations and execute production processes.

Set up and operate general production equipment while adhering to safety guidelines.

Complete relevant paperwork following GDP/GMP guidelines.

Perform cleaning of equipment, small parts, and production areas to maintain a safe working environment.

Participate in Continuous Improvement Teams to enhance operational efficiency.

What's Needed?

Good written and verbal communication skills with an understanding of cGMP regulations.

Proficiency in various mathematical disciplines and ability to work with both metric and USA standards of measurement.

Ability to read and follow detailed written instructions accurately.

2 years of recent experience in biotech manufacturing environments.

Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
