*Ability to communicate effectively with current and prospective clients displaying a positive attitude and professional image.
Self starter
*Answer phones
*Utilize knowledge of insurance to determine effects of changes/payment processing procedures with fiduciary responsibilities
*Input information and generate appropriate correspondence and forms
*Assist in marketing efforts
*Schedule appointments for agent, take messages, and distribute information accordingly
*Perform Claim servicing activities
*All dealings with clients are fair and ethical
*Experience with reporting skills, administrative writing knowledge, Microsoft office, Excel, and problem solving
*Other duties as assigned by agent.
*Must be willing to obtain a South Dakota Property and Casualty insurance license within 90 days of hire.
