Work Schedule

Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Flexibility to work weekends, extended hours, and holidays are required if necessary.

General Description

Interact with customers to provide them with information in response to their inquiries ensuring that customers receive the best service possible. Research and resolve their service-related problems in an accurate and promptly manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Compare received files against the Daily Sales Report for accuracy.

Check the information in documents and prepare any necessary affidavits for each case.

Verify the details on titles, licenses, and other documents for all units sold to ensure smooth transfers.

Collaborate with attorneys to notarize affidavits as required.

Enter the agent's details into the Used Car system to process transfers and/or update documents sent to Floor Plan when necessary.

Work with agents to ensure timely delivery of transfer documents.

Process transfers through the Vehicle Portal.

Reconcile and review letters of credit.

Monitor and follow up on transfers related to letters of credit, ensuring timely completion.

Follow up with agents regarding transfer status or updates on the Vehicle Portal.

Acknowledge receipt of transfers and log them into the system.

Inform clients and/or dealers when transfers are received.

Complete the delivery of transfers to the relevant parties.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education

24approved credits or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business Administration or related fields.

Experience

At least two years of related experience.

Other Qualifications

Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and the general public.

Ability to work with multiple tasks, under pressure and with deadlines.

Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish oral and written (preferred)

Speed and accuracy in typing

Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as: Word, Excel, Outlook.
