Description

We are in search of a VP/Director of Finance to join our team. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. The VP/Director of Finance will be responsible for overseeing significant financial forecasts, improving operational efficiency, and focusing on cash flow and liquidity forecasting.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all accounting functions within the organization

Develop and implement internal controls to ensure company-wide compliance

Create and maintain accurate annual budgets and budget processes

Conduct regular audits to ensure financial accuracy and transparency

Generate comprehensive financial reports for stakeholders

Leverage forecasting and modeling techniques to predict future financial trends

Define, document, and implement financial processes within the organization

Build a liquidity forecast, understanding when products will ship and when cash will be received

Drive significant improvements in operational efficiency with a specific focus on cash flow and liquidity forecasting

Ensure that all financial information is prepared and reported to lenders/owners with confidence.

Requirements - Must have a strong understanding and expertise in Accounting Functions

Experience in creating and managing an Annual Budget is required

Proficiency in Auditing is essential

Familiarity with Budget Processes is necessary

Must be skilled in Financial Reporting

Experience in Forecasting & Modeling is a must
