Our client, a leading organization in the financial industry, is seeking a Marketing & Brand PM to join their team. As a Marketing & Brand PM, you will be part of the marketing department supporting a community of Brand Stewards. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for brand advocacy which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Marketing & Brand PM

Location: Charlotte, NC - Hybrid work schedule

Pay Range: $65 per hour (W2 Local candidates preferred)

What's the Job?

Manage the Brand Stewardship Program including onboarding and communication to the internal community of ~350 Brand Stewards who are an extension of the enterprise brand team.

Review manual end-to-end processes to determine where we can simplify and create efficiencies with managing the Brand Steward program.

Develop strategies and tactics to drive greater engagement and advocacy among the brand steward community for our newly developed brand strategy and visual identity.

Collaborate with various marketing teams to ensure brand cohesion across all channels.

Analyze feedback and performance metrics to continually improve the Brand Stewardship Program.

Experience in program management and internal marketing.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to analyze processes and identify areas for improvement.

Proven track record of driving engagement and advocacy within a community.

Creative problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
