We are seeking a Marketing Specialist responsible for the creation, launch, and monitoring of corporate communication and branding resources in alignment with our strategic goals. This role requires a highly organized individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive marketing initiatives and enhance brand presence.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns.

Create, launch, and monitor corporate communication and branding resources.

Plan and manage conferences, trade shows, and events.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.

Manage website content and ensure it aligns with marketing goals.

Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create marketing materials.

Maintain and update marketing databases and contact lists.

Essential Skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in marketing.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong project management skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in conference, event planning, or project management.

Knowledge of website content management.

Work Environment

This is a direct placement position with a standard office environment. The work hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. The role involves approximately 10% travel to trade shows for organizing and planning purposes.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $100000.00/yr.

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Camarillo,CA.
