Customer Service Representative

Our client a manufacturing company/paper mill is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Camarillo, CA

Pay Range: $25hr

What's the Job?

Works with less complex accounts and assumes responsibility for entering and maintaining customer order fulfillment system utilizing word processing and spreadsheet applications.

Routinely receives direction and guidance from supervision and seasoned team members.

Monitors the order process to ensure that customer deliveries are made according to commitments and within forecast allocation.

Responds to customer inquiries and requests. Prepares clear concise reports documentation and routine customer correspondence internally and externally under the guidance of supervision and seasoned team members.

Participates in team environment and performs team-specific activities to ensure efficient account coverage.

What's Needed?

1-2 years experience required

Must pass background check, drug screening.
