About the Role - Sales & Events Administrative Assistant

The Sales and Events Admin. Assistant will assist the Sales and Events department at the hotel. This person will help coordinate scheduling and site visits for our Sales and Events managers. This person will answer calls and direct them to the right place. This role requires full time availability. This role is a great position for somebody with strong organizational skills and exceptional time management.

Wage Information:

The hourly rate for this position is $24.00 per hour.

Qualifications:

True desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Prior hospitality or administrative experience preferred.

Ability to work a full-time schedule.

Strong computer and phone skills.
