Qualifications

Minimum of five years of project management experience, including meeting/event organization and marketing communications.

Bachelor's degree required.

PMP Certification is a plus.

Familiarity with the drug discovery/development process and two years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Moderate proficiency with Adobe Illustrator or similar design software.

Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects with high attention to detail.

Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Operations Support team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, marketing and communications support, and event coordination. This role involves planning and organizing both small and large team meetings, facilitating virtual and in-person events, and managing stakeholder relationships. Additionally, the candidate will support the Pathway to Cures initiatives through drafting communications, managing SharePoint sites, and creating presentation materials.

Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, facilitate, and organize small and large team meetings.

Coordinate virtual and in-person events for large and/or senior audiences.

Manage stakeholder relationships and collaborate with the Business Services Group for event planning and execution.

Engage with vendors and provide logistical support for events.

Draft key communications for Pathway to Cures initiatives.

Manage stakeholder relationships across various R&D and enterprise functions.

Design and manage SharePoint sites.

Create and format presentation slides.

Work Environment

Monday through Friday

8am to 5pm

Hybrid schedule 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
