Key Requirements:
This project is dedicated to delivering efficient software engineering solutions, with the role focused on understanding business requirements and ensuring high-quality performance for clients.
The Applications Systems Administrator will provide remote support for critical applications including Ansys Granta and Dassault Systemes Teamwork Cloud.
This role requires proficiency in both Windows OS and Linux OS, along with strong application support skills.
Responsibilities include managing tickets through ServiceNow and providing Admin support for these applications.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of Systems Engineering experience working directly with system users to resolve technical issues through troubleshooting and analysis in both Linux OS and Windows OS environments.
High School Diploma/GED
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or Associates Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field
Experience with IT ServiceNow
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
