Zerman Restoration is a family-owned restoration company, established in 2015, specializing in roofing, siding, and gutters. We are looking to hire 4--5 motivated individuals to join our storm restoration team. Whether you have experience in sales or are new and eager to learn, we offer the opportunity to train you to become an expert in selling our high-quality products. If you are driven, energetic, and customer-focused, we would love to have you join our growing team.

Prospect and generate leads through face to face customer engagement, networking, and strategic marketing initiatives to expand the customer base

Provide roofing, siding & gutter inspections from customers wanting bids or storm related damage

Physically able to climb ladders to inspect roofs

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and project scope to ensure mutually beneficial agreements while meeting company targets

Utilize CRM software such as Acculynx to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement

Meet with Insurance adjusters to make sure the adjusters scope of work is covered properly.

Contract meeting with homeowners and provide them samples and different options to fix there house to pre storm conditions

Meet weekly for sales team meeting and strategies

Training on Xactimate which is a insurance company estimating software to provides supplements to insurance companies

Strong communication and customer relationship skills

Ability to manage your own schedule and sales pipeline

Must possess a valid driver's license and own a truck or vehicle for transportation.

Comfortable with climbing roofs and performing roof inspections.

Motivated to meet and exceed sales targets.

Willing to run leads and having a good closing percentage

Compensation

Commission Per Roof/Job Sold (Commission Rate starting between 9-10%) This will be revisited after 90 days of employment.
