This role sits at the center of brand execution, creative development, and campaign delivery - ensuring initiatives are launched on time, on budget, and on brand.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Include but are not limited to the following:

Brand Execution & Campaign Support

Execute brand campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels

Translate brand strategy into detailed campaign briefs and project plans

Ensure alignment of messaging, tone, and visual identity across initiatives

Coordinate campaign rollouts across markets

Creative Development & Asset Management

Partner with internal creative teams and external agencies to develop marketing assets

Manage revisions, approvals, and asset trafficking

Maintain brand asset library and creative templates

Ensure all materials adhere to brand guidelines

Production Coordination

Support video, digital, print, broadcast, and direct mail production

Manage timelines, vendor coordination, and deliverables

Track production budgets and invoices

Ensure quality control prior to launch

Brand Governance

Act as day-to-day brand steward for internal stakeholders

Review marketing materials for brand compliance

Help maintain and update brand guidelines and toolkits

Support training and communication around brand standards

Budget & Reporting Support

Track brand campaign and production spend

Assist in performance reporting and brand metrics tracking

Maintain organized documentation for forecasting and reconciliation

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Growth Marketing to align brand creative with performance objectives

Support Cross-Functional teams with brand assets

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Required Education and Experience

5+ years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, or campaign management

Experience working with creative teams and/or agencies

Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

Experience in telecom, broadband, or consumer services a plus
