Job Description

This is primarily a on-site, full-time position, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1hour unpaid meal break included)

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the design and implementation of HPE/Aruba networking solutions.

Provide on-site and remote technical support and troubleshooting.

Maintain network documentation and assist in system upgrades.

Participate in domestic and occasional international site visits.

Qualifications

Must be authorized to work in U.S (Visa support is not available)

Bilingual in Korean and English is required

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related area

0-2+ years of experience (Entry-level candidates can apply).

Willing and able to travel for domestic and international business trips

Knowledge of IP networking fundamentals

Must be able to report to the office in Nashville, TN daily

Preferences

Previous experience in network engineering.

Any basic network certifications (ACSA, JNCIA, CCNA, etc.).
