Marketing and Digital Media Specialist

Description

ICM Solutions is seeking a highly organized and driven individual to lead our marketing and digital media strategies to elevate brand awareness and drive engagement across digital platforms. This position will manage content creation, social media, website updates, digital advertising, and company branded merchandise.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Social media management (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc)

Content creation and management. Develop, write, and design engaging content for digital platforms

Maintain brand consistency across all content

Plan and execute paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms

Track performance using Google Analytics

Update website content

Ensure mobile and desktop compatibility across all content

Create branded merchandise to giveaway to customers and employees

Manage association memberships

Manage participation at association events. Golf tournaments, conferences, trade shows.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media or related field

5+ years of experience in a similar role

Proficiency in digital tools such as:

Adobe Creative Suite

Canva

Google Ads

Strong written and visual communication skills

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
