The Furniture Sales Associate plays a pivotal role in creating an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. You'll be the first point of contact, providing expert guidance, product knowledge, and personalized service to help customers discover and select furniture that transforms their homes into dream spaces.

Key responsibilities

Welcome and greet customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner, understanding their unique needs and preferences for home furnishings.

Possess in-depth knowledge product lines, including styles, materials, construction, features, benefits, and current promotions.

Based on customer needs and preferences, provide personalized recommendations for suitable furniture, offering advice on style, functionality, and compatibility within their space.

Guide customers through the sales process, from initial interaction to final purchase, including providing pricing and financing information, preparing sales agreements, and managing orders.

Drive sales and contribute to the store's overall profitability by meeting or exceeding individual sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Assist in maintaining the showroom's appearance, ensuring displays are clean, organized, visually appealing, and reflect the quality and style of Waltman Furniture's offerings.

Assist with inventory management, including restocking displays, tracking stock levels, and processing new arrivals as needed.

Handle customer inquiries, address any concerns, and resolve issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive shopping experience and fostering long-term relationships.

This position pays salary plus commission.
