Key Responsibilities

Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person.

Answer and direct phone calls professionally.

Maintain and update office records, including licensing, registration, and permits.

Coordinate office supply orders and manage inventory.

Process credit applications, bank deposits, and workers' compensation insurance documents.

Organize and maintain office calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments.

Sort and distribute mail and other communications.

Assist in filing, data entry, and preparing reports.

Support field and supervisory staff with administrative tasks.

Perform additional duties as assigned to support office operations.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate's degree preferred).

Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced office environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong typing skills (minimum 50 words per minute).

Experience with office equipment (printers, copiers, fax machines, mailing machines, etc.).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Valid driver's license is required.
