TheOutside Sales Representativeplays a key role in supporting the Business Development Manager by driving new sales opportunities, programs, and customer relationships. This position focuses on developing sales strategies, monitoring market trends, and following up on requests for quotes to maximize business growth. Youll represent Vermillion at customer sites, trade shows, and industry events, promoting our products and capabilities while building strong partnerships. Additionally, youll collaborate with internal teams, participate in quarterly sales meetings, and contribute to the companys long-term vision and strategic goals. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a balance of strategy, relationship-building, and hands-on sales execution.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Monitor all major programs for Companys products and/or services

Develop marketing strategies and goals to increase sales

Follow up on all Requests for Quote (RFQ) for current and potential

customers

Travel to various business locations and trade shows with Companys

Business Development Manager to make sales calls and promote business

Actively participate in the Companys quarterly sales meetings

Maintain favorable working relationships with internal and external

customers

Support the Companys vision, direction, and strategic goals

Perform other duties as assigned
