Position Overview:

The Executive Assistant will work closely with U.S. Chamber executives to ensure that our day-to-day operations run smoothly. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings and events, and providing general administrative support.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the executive schedule, including scheduling travel and conferences, making appointments, and coordinating meetings.

Coordinate meeting logistics and travel arrangements, including flights, hotel reservations, and ground transportation.

Greet and escort visitors.

Flag important communications for follow-up.

Track relevant content in Salesforce and other organizational tools.

Answer phones, respond to emails, order office supplies, and provide other administrative assistance.

Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably supporting an executive-level staff.

Excellent organization and time management.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times.

The salary range for this position is $85,744.00 to $105,000.00. The actual salary paid for this position will vary based on market data, an applicant's qualifications, relevant degrees, certifications, and other factors. Our full-time employees are eligible for benefits, including health care, vision, dental, retirement, and paid leave.
