Position Overview:

Join our team asMarketing Communications Lead, where youll play a key role in how we engage our internal teams and franchise partners across Unleashed Brands and our growing platform of youth enrichment companies.

In this role, youll be responsible for creating and managing content that informs, aligns, and inspiresfrom company-wide newsletters and

leadership messaging to day-to-day updates and behind-the-scenes moments. Youll partner closely with departments across the organization to ensure consistent messaging and support key initiatives and events. Youll also own the internal distribution lists and communication processes, helping us streamline how and when information flows throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop content for Unleashed Brands corporate blog and social media channels, highlighting company culture, milestones, employee and franchisee stories, and brand wins

Support public relations efforts for the platform, including reviewing press materials, collecting brand wins and media moments, and coordinating with agency partners

Compile content, design, and send weekly and quarterly internal newsletters

Draft, edit, and distribute internal communications, including announcements, talking points, and leadership updates

Create, update, and manage engaging content on the company intranet

Capture and curate photos and video content to support our content strategy

Maintain and organize internal distribution lists to ensure messages reach the right audiences

Manage communication processes and workflows across departments for consistency and efficiency

Monitor engagement metrics and collect feedback to continuously improve

Requirements

BA/BS in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

2+ years of experience as a marketing manager with a background that includes social media, email marketing, and communications.

Excellent copywriting and editing skills.

Proficiency in design and marketing software (i.e. Canva, Adobe, MailChimp) and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).

Experience editing audio and video for short form preferred.
