Job summary

As an Electrical wireman you will utilize various skills to produce high quality commercial HVAC equipment and meet the needs of your customers. You will wire a variety of components, subassemblies which may / will start from basic components to a completed piece of equipment with quality inspections built into each unit.

Responsibilities/daily tasks

Plan, organize and assign daily work requirements according to LYNQ.

Reading and understanding wiring schematics and drawings.

Use a variety of hand, power and or pneumatic tools to complete the assembly and or system within the customer equipment.

Ensure electrical control panels are produced on schedule by staying in constant communication with the team lead and addressing any shortcomings as soon as they become visible.

Communicate and ensure that the proper metrics are being taken.

Review, test and inspect work of others to ensure quantity and quality standards are being accomplished.

Recommend changes or methods to increase efficiency.

Communicate and observe all company rules including housekeeping and safety requirements.

Perform other duties as assigned or necessitated by business conditions and changes.

Understand all safety policies and significant safety impact of job activities.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous Electrical work experience in a fast paced, and dynamic manufacturing environment.

Strong communication Skills.

Must be detail orientated

Experience and ability to work in a team setting

Relation of the position to others in the company

Communicate any challenges that may arise regarding your ability to produce components, and or systems within equipment to your Electrical Panel Lead. Work closely with your team to meet or exceed the customer's expected delivery dates for their orders. Interacting with a variety of internal departments while working toward a common goal of continual personal and company growth
