Job Description:

The Product Manager owns the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management for assigned product categories at Trijicon. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, profitability, and market share by understanding customer needs, identifying market opportunities, and delivering differentiated products.

The Product Manager serves as the central hub among the Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams, translating voice of customer (VOC) and market insights into clear product requirements and executing successful product launches. This individual will play a critical role in shaping the future of Trijicon's product portfolio across military, law enforcement, and commercial markets.

Job Responsibilities:**

Own and drive the product strategy and multi-year roadmap for assigned categories

Identify market opportunities through customer insights, competitive analysis, and industry trends

Define product positioning, feature sets, and value propositions to maximize market impact

Manage product portfolio to optimize segmentation, pricing tiers, and minimize internal cannibalization

Lead products through full lifecycle, from concept through launch, growth, and end-of-life

Translate voice of customer (VOC) into clear product requirements for Engineering

Partner with Engineering to prioritize features, manage trade-offs, and deliver high-impact solutions

Establish metrics to track success and post-launch product performance

Own and continuously develop deep understanding of end users across military, law enforcement, and commercial segments

Engage directly with customers, dealers, and sales teams to gather actionable insights

Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies to apply to strategy development

Own product line performance and growth, including revenue, margin, and market share

Develop pricing strategies based on cost structure, competitive analysis, brand positioning, and customer value

Partner with Sales and Operations to forecast demand and support production planning

Identify and lead initiatives to improve profitability and operational efficiency

Lead cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations during product development and launch execution

Support Sales as a technical expert in customer engagements and product evaluations

Develop and deliver product training and enablement materials

Follow Company policies on compliance with EAR & ITAR regulations

Perform other tasks as required

Job Requirements:

Strong understanding of gated/milestone product development processes
