Your Role:

As the Office Manager, you’ll be the backbone of our clinic’s daily operations, ensuring smooth workflows, stellar patient experiences, and a supportive environment for our medical staff. Key responsibilities include:

Front Office Leadership: Supervise administrative staff, manage schedules, and optimize patient flow.
Patient Relations: Resolve concerns, streamline check-in/check-out processes, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
Office Efficiency: Order supplies, coordinate equipment maintenance, and implement organizational improvements.
Team Support: Act as a liaison between clinical staff, vendors, and corporate partners.

You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

2+ years of office management experience
A proactive, problem-solving attitude and exceptional multitasking skills.
Leadership chops with a focus on teamwork and patient satisfaction.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare software.
