Salary & Hours: \$17.50-\$18.50 per hour; 30-40 hours per week Roles & Responsibilities

Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment thoroughly

following food safety sanitizing procedures

Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, peeling,

and portioning ingredients under supervision

Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas including counters,

floors, sinks, and storage spaces to ensure compliance with sanitation standards

Support bussing duties by clearing tables and removing trash to keep

the dining area tidy and welcoming

Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including

dishwashers, sinks, and prep tools

Handle manual tasks such as lifting heavy pots or boxes of supplies

while following proper ergonomic practices

Follow all food handling protocols to ensure safe and hygienic food

service operations

Skills

Knowledge of food preparation techniques and basic cooking processes

Strong understanding of cleaning and sanitation standards within a

restaurant setting

Experience with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining

environment

Familiarity with food safety management and sanitizing procedures

Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively

Good manual handling skills for heavy lifting and moving supplies or

Prior food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not
