The University of Findlay (www.findlay.edu{rel="nofollow"}) is seeking a full-time executive administrative assistant. This position provides administrative and managerial support for the Office of Academic Affairs. In addition, answers non-routine correspondence and assemble highly confidential and sensitive information. Deals with a diverse group of internal and external callers and visitors to campus. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize diversified workload.

The position is responsible for organizing and managing full-time and part-time faculty contract activity; organizing and managing workloads; supervising distribution of communications to faculty and student groups; managing the website for the Office of Academic Affairs, assisting with commencement, and Symposium for Scholarship & Creativity; and managing the daily operations of the Office for Academic Affairs.

A high School diploma is required, with a minimum of three years of administrative experience. The candidate must possess knowledge of Microsoft Office.
