Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound calls from prospective customers and provide them
with product and service information
- Identify sales opportunities and present customers with sales
proposals
- Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing
exceptional customer service
- Accurately enter customer information and sales data into the
company's CRM system

Requirements:

- Proven sales experience, preferably in an inbound call center
environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls while
maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude
- Goal-oriented and driven to achieve sales targets
- High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
