The Pok mon Company International, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Business Systems Analyst for its Bellevue, WA office.

Job Duties: Identify gaps and provide technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications and scale new and current systems, processes, and procedures in a cost-effective manner. Configure system settings and options. Plan and execute unit, integration, and acceptance testing to meet business requirements. Design details of automated systems. Provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems. Lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues. Create and maintain company process documentation. Work on elements of large, complex installations. Perform all aspects of programming assignments and assist with systems design. Perform basic systems analysis techniques, testing, debugging, file design, and storage. Telecommuting permitted.

Education Requirements:** Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Information Technology, Management of Technology, or a related field

Experience Requirements:** Five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in each of the following:

Project and task management frameworks (waterfall, agile/scrum) and related applications (e.g. Jira)

Process design and improvement

Functional Oracle Cloud ERP and Supply Chain Management (SCM)

SQL and OTBI

$162,531 - $191,200. Benefits: PTO, Health Insurance, Dental/Vision and Commuter Benefits, Paid family leave, Employer-paid life insurance and long/short-term income protection insurance, and 401k Employer Match.
