Position Overview:

The Sales and Client Onboarding Specialist will initiate and coordinate client consultations and onboarding for the firm. As the first point of contact, this role ensures prospective clients experience seamless guidance from initial inquiry through formal engagement scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Intake and Scheduling

Respond promptly to inbound inquiries (phone, email, form submissions)

Conduct initial consultations to gather client background and legal needs

Schedule consultations with attorneys and other staff, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Client Onboarding

Guide new clients through onboarding steps, including gathering necessary documentation and executing engagement agreements

Prepare onboarding materialswelcome packets, checklists, FAQs
Sales Support

Collaborate with attorney and staff to maintain and update intake forms, templates, and firm presentations

Track leads and conversions in the firms CRM.

Follow-up with prospects to ensure consultation attendance and confirm appointments
Client Experience and Relationship Building

Provide warm, professional, and empathetic client interactions, especially in potentially sensitive situations

Escalate urgent concerns or red flags to attorneys for immediate action
Data Management and Reporting

Maintain accurate records of all communications and consult outcomes

Generate reports on lead volume, conversion rates, and scheduling KPIs

Identify opportunities to improve processes and client engagement
