Baer is looking for ServiceNow FSO Developer for a 5+ month remote project Title: ServiceNow FSO Developer Location: Remote with travel once a month to Cincinnati, Ohio Duration: 5 months with possible extension Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed Alignment: W2 or Individual C2C (Vendors Not Permitted) Applicant must be a US Citizen or GC Description:

Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications to meet business and technical requirements.

Utilize deep knowledge of the FSO module to implement and optimize financial service workflows.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure seamless integrations.

Support and enhance banking-related operations within ServiceNow, including debit card dispute management.

Ensure alignment of ServiceNow functionality with organizational and compliance standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as needed.

Requirements:

8+ years of hands-on experience working with ServiceNow.

Certified Implementation Specialist - Customer Service Management (CIS CSM) certification required.

Proven experience working with the ServiceNow FSO module.

Strong understanding of banking operations and financial services processes.

Experience managing debit card disputes in a banking or financial services environment.

Excellent problem-solving skills and technical proficiency.

Willingness to travel to Cincinnati, Ohio, once a month.
