Teleion is Looking for a Vendor Operations Technical Program Manager to Join Our Team!

Job Description:

We are seeking a technically skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead our Vendor Operations team across multiple programs, including Contingent Worker Onboarding, Vendor Optimization, and AI-driven transformation initiatives. This role is pivotal in architecting and executing complex technical projects, driving automation, and integrating advanced AI solutions to optimize vendor operations. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in technical project management, vendor management, and process automation.

Goals:

To standardize technical project tracking, reporting, and business review processes across Vendor Operations.

Scope, deliver, and oversee cross-functional technical projects to improve operational efficiency and vendor performance.

Lead the integration of AI and automation technologies into vendor onboarding, offboarding, and optimization processes.

Foster strategic relationships with vendors and stakeholders to ensure long-term collaboration and achievement of technical and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any issues that may impact vendor operations or onboarding.

Work with teams to maintain and develop accurate records of vendor operations and onboarding activities, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Monitor industry trends and best practices to continuously improve processes.

Oversee the vendor onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation and requirements are met.

AI Change Management - Ability to drive and manage the transition to AI driven processes including delivering requirements, training and supporting team members.

Strong project management skills to oversee AI transformation projects from inception to completion.

Deliverables:

Analyze data for discrepancies, perform root cause analysis, propose continuous improvement projects, and deliver prioritized initiatives.

Foster relationships with stakeholders and other vendor partners to stay ahead of changing requirements, consider potential impacts, and educate contingent worker managers.

Drive process optimization and documentation including Standard Operating Procedures and guides, project status reports and content on wiki pages.

Develop reporting and resources to drive change management across corporate facilities for new and improved processes.

Discover, create, manage and implement new and improved process improvements across the onboarding, offboarding and vendor operations workstreams.

Create white papers and present recommendations to stakeholders for approval.

Build consensus and joint deliverables across diverse teams including shared KPI's.

Work with stakeholders to contribute to AI engagement strategies across teams, manage a roadmap of automation projects, processes and workstreams.

Stakeholder engagement - Provide regular updates to stakeholders including program and project status, the progress and impact of AI transformation initiatives in corporate facilities.

Assess the potential impact of AI transformation across the Vendor Operations team. Leverage detailed analyses, feasibility studies, and recommendations for AI engagement.

Requirements:

Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop project plans, track progress, and manage resources.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across teams with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Desire to learn and engage in AI solution discovery and development.

Data analysis skills to drive reporting and business insights.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage ambiguity.

Ability to prioritize work, be adaptable, and proactively identify and solve problems with minimal supervision.

Work cross-functionally in a highly ambiguous environment, think critically and creatively.

Process mapping, documenting workflows, and writing Standard Operating Procedures.

Desired Skills:

Change management experience to anticipate impacts and communicate changes effectively.

Data analysis skills in systems like SmartSheet, Tableau, QuickSight, and/or Power BI.

Ability to take on various projects and support different teams.

Salary Range: $90,000-$135,000/ annual salary + benefits
